The Great Alaska Shootout is looking for responsible students interested in volunteering for this year’s intern program. The Shootout Committee is looking for students interested in sports medicine and sports information. If you are interested applications can be found in the activities office. This year Dimond is the host school for Harvard University.

Basketball cheer clinic will be on Nov 7 at 6pm in cheer room and November 8 at 4:30. Please attend if you are interested in trying out for basketball cheer.

Attention all talent show participants, this wednesday is the dress rehearsal after school from 2:15 to 5pm. This is mandatory, if you miss it, you are out.

Ski practice starts today at 2:30pm. Meet in MPR1 for a team meeting. Bring gear for a run after the meeting.

The talent show is coming! The talent show is coming! This Friday at 7pm in the auditeria. Admission is $5 at the door. Come see your friends and cheer on some great acts!

There will be a meeting Wednesday at lunch for all boys interested in playing basketball this year. Freshman meet in the old gym and sophomores, juniors, and seniors meet in G-108.

If you did not receive a flu vaccine and would like to receive one, there are a few doses left in the nurse’s office. Students under the age of 18 need to submit a signed parent permission form that can be downloaded from the ASD website. There are no flu shots left, only the nasal flumist. First come, first serve. Please see the nurse before school, after school or at your lunch time. Vaccination should only take a couple minutes. Come and get them while they last!
