Announcements 9/26

– Gold cards, Gold cards!! Flag girls don’t be the last person to get cards in to coach Navarre.

– Seniors don’t forget to stop by the main commons at lunch & after school to pick superlatives.

– Students please take your earbuds out and put them away for the school day. Headphones or earbuds are great before and after school, but not between classes or at lunch. Thank you.

– Costa Rica! If you are going to Costa Rica (or if you are interested) come to B212 after Friday for some information! See Mrs.Golde with questions.

– Students interested in attending the youth & elders conference at A.F.N. should stop by Ms.Huffman’s office, across from A206 or Ms.Reeves office, across from A106. Deadline is Oct. 1

– Cast of Oklahoma, don’t forget. All are called for rehearsal today at 2:30 in the auditeria.

– Okay bowlers, bowling starts on Monday. Be sure to get your paperwork in the Activities office ASAP!

– Attention all partners club members and students interested in becoming partners club members: there will be a very important meeting regarding all upcoming events in Ms.Long’s room during lunch today. D108- see you there!

-TA’s you need to be wearing your TA pass in the halls. If you do not have yours, please get a pink pass from your teacher, and find or replace your TA pass ASAP, Thanks.

– Free flu vaccine will be available on a rotating basis. if you are interested in getting this Vaccine, please stop by the Nurses office and pick up a copy of the permission form, or go to the ASD website and print one off from the health services section. see Nurse Whited if you have questions. Thanks!

– Students please be reminded that you are expected to dress appropriately. The handbook clearly states that items too short or too revealing are not appropriate. No shorts or skirts, no spaghetti straps, no exposed midriffs. Please remember that school is your full-time workplace and dress for success.

– At the Dimond/East game this weekend there will be a Toys for Tots drive going on in conjunction with the marines. If a Dimond student or parent brings a new non-wrapped toy they will be given free admission to the game.

– Theres going to be a rare-T meeting in room A110 during upperclassmen lunch. All members must attend. Meeting is on Monday, Sept.29.
